Account details you give us at sign-up: your name, agency name and email address.
Work you create in the app: the cities and industries you scan, the leads you capture, the pitches you draft, and notes you add.
Business listing data from public directories (Google Places), such as company names, addresses, phone numbers, websites and ratings.
Basic engagement data for pitch emails you send through Net Target: whether the email was opened and whether a link was clicked.
Why we use it
To run your searches, keep your pipeline and pitch tracker up to date, and show you which leads to contact next.
To keep your account secure and to contact you about your account or trial.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Decision-maker information
Contact suggestions shown next to a lead are predicted from public company information and clearly marked as likely, not confirmed. Details taken directly from a public listing are marked verified.
LinkedIn links are ordinary public search links. We do not scrape LinkedIn and we do not hold private profile data.
If a business asks us to remove its listing details, email support@nettarget.co and we will remove them.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while your account is open. Delete your account and it is removed immediately, along with your saved leads, pitches and notes.
Public business listings stay in our shared directory, because they are not personal account data.
Your rights
You can download a copy of everything on your account at any time from Account settings.
You can delete your account and all of its data from Account settings. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong by emailing support@nettarget.co.
If you are in the UK or EU, these rights come from the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
